There are many restaurants in Madridoffering specialties of the Spanish traditional cuisine like the 'cocido madrileño', but the city boasts an enviable offer of international food, able to suit all culinary needs.
It’s a common practice in Madrid to have an aperitif before dinner in one of the numerous pubs, maybe drinking a "chato" (a small glass of wine), served with "tapas" or "pinchos".
At night the city shows its wildest face, with the joyful Movida, of discos, night clubs, pubs and music halls that provide entertainmentwhole night long.
