Centrally located in the avant-garde district, Checua, which is a great area for shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Close to the Fuencarral market, Gran Via, Puerta del Sol, Plaza de Cibeles, with easy access to the underground and bus routes for visiting other areas of Madrid.

There is no lift and the guesthouse is located on the 3rd floor of the building.
