If cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 50 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.

From Monday to Friday, check-in takes place from 14:00 until 20:00 and check-out takes place from 09:00 until 11:00. On weekends and public holidays, check-in takes place from 10:00-13:00 and check-out is available until 11:00. Any check-in or check-out outside these opening times is subject to a surcharge of EUR 40. Reception is open between 09.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday, and from 10.00 until 13.00 on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival and of the total number of guests staying in the apartment. This can be noted in the Comments Box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the building does not have a lift. Towels are changed every 4 nights and bed linen is changed every 7 nights. An additional cleaning service can be booked on request, at an extra cost.
