Open in summer, the Emperador’s roof terrace has a poolside chillout bar and offers views over the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral. There is also a fitness centre, sauna and massage service. The hotel has a lobby bar serving snacks, cocktails and hot and cold drinks. There is a variety of restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the Emperador. Other useful facilities at the hotel include a gift shop, hairdressing salon and 24-hour reception.
