Situated in the centre of Madrid, on the emblematic Gran Via Avenue, completely refurbished in 2007, the guesthouse’s extremely central location is just minutes’ walk from many major attractions including Puerta del Sol. Many of Madrid’s most famous landmarks and monuments can be reached on foot within 20 minutes. The guesthouse is family-run giving it a real warm and inviting feel and situated within an attractive, period building, Gran Via is a lively street and the city’s main shopping area. In addition there are a number of well-known theatres and a host of 20th century architecture. Being so central means that the area is very well-served by public transport, the closest metro station, Gran Via, is just steps away.
